Pro Tip: Track your average gross revenue (AGR) per service ticket.

Last week I showed you how to calculate your average lead value. In order to do so, you’ll need to know your average gross revenue (AGR) per ticket, which is calculated as the sum of all of your service tickets divided by the total number of them.
